I’ve been driving my Model Y since mid-2023 and recently noticed something interesting the accelerator and overall driving feel slightly different than before.
It’s subtle, but I find it harder to maintain smooth pressure on the pedal, especially on the freeway. It almost feels like I’m adjusting my foot position more than I used to.
For context:
- Shorter driver, so seating angle might play a role
- Using Hold mode + mostly Chill/Standard acceleration
- No issues before, this is a recent change
I’ve already scheduled a service appointment (few weeks out), but was curious if others have noticed something similar over time or adjusted their seating/foot positioning to compensate.
Not looking for troubleshooting, just wondering if this is a common experience or something others have adapted to.
