I do a lot of fast note-taking, and I’m losing my mind over pens that skip mid-sentence. I need something with a good consistent ink flow that starts writing the second it hits the paper and doesn't feel scratchy.

What I'm looking for:

Consistent Flow: No stalling or getting stuck when I'm writing fast.

Smoothness: It should feel like it's gliding on the page the smooth feel

Comfort: Since I write for hours, the grip needs to be decent.

It should be super budget friendly
