TZ V6 Filament getting stuck

TZ V6 Filament getting stuck

I have a A4T on my Voron Trident with a TZ V6 hotend. When printing something simple like a cube or a first layer patch, everthing works fine, but when i print complex things like a Benchy with many retractions and overhangs, the filament get's stuck and i have to cool down the nozzle and heat it up again to extrude filament. I thought that maybe my hotend fan isn't enough to cool the hotend, but i'm not sure. What would most likely fix this problem? I'm printing with Sunlu PLA+ and i confirmed that the PTFE tube is fully inserted. The fan is a noname Aliexpress fan.

Overhang artifacts

I printed this Orca Cube on my new Voron Trident and am getting these artifacts that seem to happen right next to overhangs. What is this called and how can i fix it?

As you can see in the picture, the toolhead of my Voron Trident would hit the left and right front lead screws when moving to 0,0 or 300,0. What options do i have to fix this issue other than cutting the rods? EDIT: Does anyone know how to limit the x position to 2-298 when my homing position is -3?
