So recently ive tried to start dating again. Been meeting people on dating apps and stuff. But I don’t know it doesn’t have the same excitement or spark? Does anyone else experience this?

Its been 2 years since my last relationship but maybe i dont know the person well enough but theres no real excitement to it. I dont have the same sort of joy i used to. Like im an adult now but still shouldnt i be excited to go out on a date again?

Maybe im just not letting myself be happy? Maybe im still hung up on her and part of me isnt letting me move on?

Id like for other people to weigh in
