Men 25–50: what’s been the hardest part about trying to lose weight and get your energy back?
I’m curious what men are actually struggling with right now when it comes to:
- stubborn weight gain
- low energy/fatigue
- poor sleep
- lack of motivation/discipline
- stress
- low confidence
- feeling older than you are
What have you tried that hasn’t worked long-term?
And if nothing changes over the next 5–10 years, what worries you most about your health, energy, or quality of life?
Lastly, what would make a health/wellness coaching program actually feel valuable enough for you to invest in?
NOT selling anything, just gaining insight
Hey all my parents out there, I am starting an online coaching business to help parents of baseball players get their kids recruited to the next level using failure management strategies. I am doing online research to determine what areas parents feel like their child needs the most help in and what they see from the child around failure (Lack of excitement around game time, pregame anxiety, comparisons, etc). I would also love to hear if there are areas you want to improve on towards coaching/enhancing your child’s mental strength or if you have any ideas/techniques you’re utilizing now. I’m not selling anything through this, simply just searching for insight and seeing how I can make an impact on our future generation of baseball players and their parents. Let’s be real, baseball is a very hard game and it’s only get filled with higher and higher talent pools. The skill is important but mental toughness is crucial if you want to succeed and take your game to the next level. Thanks for the help, look forward to reading your responses.

Personal Story:
I grew up loving baseball Everyday I pushed myself to get better and better and quickly pushed past my competition at a young age. All I really knew was success at the game until my high school age. That’s when you are able to separate those who pay to play from those who earn it. While I still was towards the top of my team, the mental side of the game began to break me down. I thought in order to get results I needed more and more practice when in reality I needed to learn how to accept my failures and grow from them. My mindset ultimately led me to declining colleges offers, not believing I was good enough to play with these caliber of athletes. I hung up my cleats out of fear and that’s a decision that I regret and haunts me daily. My goal is to coach kids to have strong mindsets and gain the ability to accept failure. These attributes allow them to decide when they hang up the cleats, not their fears
