Debating whether I should leave med-school.

For context, I'm an almost 20 yo guy in Mexico, currently in my second year of med school. I am also studying at a classical music conservatory. I think it is important to explain how this conservatory works so you can have a full grasp of my situation. The conservatory has 3 stages

  1. Initial preparation. This is just basic stuff for people who know absolutely nothing about music and it lasts 3 years. We go through the basic stuff like what's a pentagram, whats solfegi and how to do it using the bass and the treble cleffs. We learn the different measurements (4/4, 3/4, 6/8, etc.) and some basic rythms like wholes, halves, quarters, some syncopation. We also start to learn an instrument (singing, guitar, piano, violin, trumpet, etc.)
  2. Technical degree. We continue to practice our instrument, learn more advanced techniques and how to read scores related to our instrument at first sight. We also learn things like harmony, music history, a second language, investigation, computing and musical pedagogy. This stage lasts another 3 years.
  3. Finally, a major degree, which lasts 5 years. We learn things like counterpoint, musical analysis, acoustics, organology, a third language, fuge, canon and more advanced techniques with our instrument, with a strong emphasis in interpretation.

I'm currently finishing my 3rd year of the initial preparation, while also finishing my 2nd year in med school.

I like med school, but it is constantly frustrating and very demanding, both intelectually and emotionally. Lately I have been considering: what if I drop out of med school and focus entirely on music?

Music is the thing I've always wanted to learn and honestly I really want to learn various instruments and various singing techniques, but I don't know if it is a good idea to drop out of med school. Finding a stable job is what bothers me the most, and I'm very aware that if I ever desire to create a project of my own, I'll need some money to start.

I made this same question on a subreddit for med students and the general opinion was to finish med school in order to have finantian stability and to later study music. I know it might be the safest choice, but I feel emotionally confused. I wholeheartedly desire to be a skilled musician and I'm totally in love with music. I also like medicine a lot, but not as much as music.

What are your thoughts on this? Is it really that hard to have finantial stability as a musician? Should I end med school? I was also considering in changing degrees, but nothings seems to captivate my attention as much as music and/or medicine.

Thank you for reading, have a melodic day

Seeking to learn more about royal hogs-eq-archer queen

I used to be a balloon player, but at some time I discovered royal hogs cycle (archer queen, canon/tesla, earthquake, etc.) and I absolutely loved it.

I have been learning to play it and have made considerable progress, climbing up from 9000 up to 12500 trophies. I have learnt how to play some variations (e. g. musketeer instead of AQ, fire spirit instead of ice spirit, etc.) and now that I've reached 12500 trophies, I noticed that I need even more improvement and practice, learn new tactics and get used to new matchups.

For example, I made this post asking for help against xbow, which received various insightful responses and I thank this community for that, it's helped me.

Nonetheless, I've noticed that I also struggle against fireball bait and I need to learn how to play against that deck, because I get constantly obliterated.

I also struggle against MK + Valk + Evo Witch + Hog-rider. Sometimes I win, sometimes I don't, but I tend to lose against those match ups. Golem decks are also a hard match up for me. Playing against ice + vines is even worse.

Anyways, what I want to achieve with this post is not only to seek for advice against this matchups, but to ask for content creators which are good at playing royal hogs cycle, so I can analyze their plays and learn from their strategies.

Additionally, if there's lavaloon or 2.9 balloon cycle content creators who still play the game in this current meta, I'd also like to watch their plays.

For the record, I do have evolved royal hogs.

I have been very curious about what does each branch of christianity believes about the salvation of non-christians and heretics. As I understand it, there are different opinions/views regarding this topic.

Henceforth, I'd like to make a little dynamic here. I'd like you all to write which branch of christianity you belong to (whether it is catholicism, orthodoxy, methodist, presbyterian, baptist, etc) and tell me which is your church's view/take on the salvation of non-christians and/or heretics.

Can they be saved? If yes, how can they be saved? If not, why is that?

I'd also like to know if you have a personal belief that is kinda contrary to what your church teaches (maybe you're a universalist?).

Also, I don't think I'll find sedevacantists here, but if there's someone, I'd like to know your view on this topic.

I'm doing this post because I'm only aware of the catholic view (because I'm catholic lol), but I'd like to know about y'all.

And I know, even if non-christians might be saved, that doesn't mean we should ignore our mission to bring as many souls as possible to God, AT LEAST by praying for non-christians (or at least this is how I interpret what the catholic church teaches).

Even after leaving christianity I kept watching RZ's videos cuz I like how he shows and explains the differences between every branch of christianity. Christianity is still interesting to me, it has a lot of history. I only watched his youtube channel and mostly ignored him on instagram. I was totally unaware of his x or xcancel accounts, but now I've found about those...

RZ always seemed like a kinda reasonable guy to me, but this... holy shit...
(Turns out he's said a lot of other gruesome things, thank you guys for the various posts exposing RZ's behaviour)
