This is purely for fun or speculation. It really hasn't been long since Lux and ofc the tour, so I don't expect there to be a new era anytime soon. But I was super curious as to where people think Rosalia will go next?
I think it'll be almost impossible to predict what she'll do, her transformations each era is what makes me such a big fan. there was a time before motomami era when she dropped singles like dolerme or collabs like barefoot in the park. personally, I really love the indie rock in dolerme and selfishly I would love for that to be the sound of her next era. maybe even something loose and experimental, as while I loved lux it felt quite single minded. It would be cool for her to really go deep into the sound of her droplet singles in a full era. I remember when people expected her to make something with frank ocean so maybe in that direction too.
maybe it makes sense to do something completely opposite to lux. regardless, I trust that it will come from a place of curiosity, so it will take form in whatever way makes most sense then. I have a feeling that it'll take some cues from patti smith
