I turned 21 a few days ago and I’ve been obese pretty much my whole high school years. I’m starting to lose weight but how do I get out of that shell of being shy? I normally avoid talking to women and I don’t really like the whole dating apps and stuff. At work I can have conversations with women but I’m kinda dry at the same time mostly they do the talking. I want to find love but I think being shy is getting in the way of that and being fat ofc
