Hey r/Hyrox,

Long-time lurker, first proper post.

Background: I've been training for Hyrox for about 18 months and have a 7-year background in competitive CrossFit. The thing that drove me crazy was that almost every "Hyrox app" or PDF plan I tried was basically a library of random workouts. Some weeks felt brutal, some weeks felt pointless, and I was not building anything. Compare that to how runners or lifters train — block periodisation, a clear focus per phase, deloads — and the gap is huge.

So I built BUILT. A Hyrox training app;

- 4 seasons of 12 weeks per year, each with one focus (Threshold & Density → Hybrid Power → Aerobic Engine → Strength Capacity).

- 3 plan levels so it actually fits real life: Fundamentals (3 days), Performance (4), Competitive (5–6).

- Race Prep plans on top when you have an event on the calendar.

- Workout logging, offline mode, and a small community feed.

Season 1 — Threshold & Density — went live this week and runs through June 2026. After that everyone resets into Season 2. The idea is no more decision fatigue, no more "what should I do today", just programming that progresses.

So do you feel a bit lost while training too? Have a go in the app and see how it works for you! Search in the app store for Built hyrox.

Happy to answer any questions about the programming logic, the data, or the boring tech stuff. Not going to spam the link in the comments — mods, if this isn't allowed I'll take it down without drama.

Cheers, and good luck to anyone training for the next season.
