Am I overthinking this, or does this sound like something I should take more seriously?

A few weeks ago, a man approached me in a supermarket and was quite flirty. I felt uncomfortable so I laughed it off nervously and walked away. After that, I noticed he seemed to be in nearby aisles a few times before I left, but I didn’t think too much of it at the time.

Recently, I saw him again in the same supermarket. Someone I was with had noticed him earlier walking around taking photos of things in the shop (not of me, just generally), and only mentioned it afterwards when they realised it was the same man.

He then came up to me and asked me something about suncream. I answered before I realised it was him. He started asking if I was going on holidays and said he was going to Spain. I said no, that I was working, and tried to walk away.

As I was leaving, he said thanks and then asked if I was taken. I said yes and walked off again. After that, I noticed him again in aisles near me, and at one point he seemed to be looking/staring in my direction.

I’m a fairly quiet person and not confrontational, and I never want to be rude in case it annoys someone because you don’t know how people might react. He is taller than me and I did find him a bit intimidating in how he approached me.

It just feels a bit too coincidental that this has now happened twice in the same shop....i cant be 100% sure but I dont think ive noticed any basket or items in his hands to purchase on either occasion.

Am I overthinking this, or does this sound like something I should take more seriously?
