I wanna run a build with a cold milady (focusing more on actually fighting than casting sorceries), what would a good build (skills, talismans, etc.) be? I'm level 107 right now if that helps at all

I have been farming for about three hours now, and have gotten multiple copies of everything EXCEPT the god damned sword. Surely my luck isn't this bad?
