Hey I make around 80k a year which qualifies me for low income housing.

I received Maloney’s application #2 from my first choice spot, which is the BPDA application. Do they send this application to many applicants or if you make it this far are you likely to get accepted if eligible?

I also ended up hearing back from The Beverly and 41 LaGrange (housing lottery). Anyone have any information on these spots? LaGrange is a great deal. I am a little hesitant because they set aside 70 units to people with AMI 30% and who have experience homelessness, looks like they partnered with st. Francis house.

Any insight on The Beverly, 41 Lagrange, or Maloney application 2 would be greatly appreciated:) thanks!
