So happy I could cry!

So happy I could cry!

SW 226, 10 pounds down since starting 1 month ago. This is the only group that will understand how relieving it feels to have no food noise, and to just eat when and how much we need. It’s so freeing. Describing it to someone who has never struggled doesn’t do it justice. I’m 4 months postpartum -quit breastfeeding and put me first, and my daughters are happier because mom already feels so much healthier, happier, and more energy.

This is my first week on 5 mg using optio rx.

Just starting.. too late?

I am finally taking care of me- 4 months postpartum after 7 pregnancies over 4 years (2stillbirths, miscarriages, and 2 beautiful children). SW 226 now 219 after 4 weeks on optio rx 2.5. I feel amazing. But these posts about stockpiling have me worried that I got into this too late and they won’t be available for the time frame we need them.

Are we seeing issues with optio rx being delayed or backlogged? I have 6 more weeks but I want to be proactive so there isn’t a gap in my treatment? Should I be requesting refill sooner rather than later? What is the outlook for 503a pharmacies?
