Hey guys, as per title, may I ask how is DB like for those of you who have been there before/working as MP there?

I got sentenced to 6 weeks DB cos of AWOL (wont elaborate too much but yea)

I have a few qns, wld appreciate if anyone has answers to them, since the last post regarding DB was years ago:

I am currently pes E9 due to severe depression, would I still need to do the PT there (I heard it's sandbag regime).
If we have medical appointments (e.g. at NUH), do we need postpone it or will there be arrangements made for us to attend them while we serve the sentence?
How is life like in there? Any advice on things to avoid doing?
