Basically, the title sums up my problem. I feel depressed. Not the whole reason for my depression. I feel like it's a domino effect because if you eat healthy you can improve EVERYTHING in your life. Education on healthy nutrition and eating habits is basically never taught or discussed importantly like it should.
My eating period lies between 30mins to 1hr. I become vexed after eating 30mins and leave the food while still being a little hungry. This is mainly because of rice. I hate rice. Hate would be strong word. Because I love homemade original Telugu food which mainly constitutes of rice. I love Hyderabadi biryani but still can't able to eat "fully" to my heart content. Because I eat slowly. I love McDonalds. I finish it but I take about 40mins.
I am thinking this happens because I talk when I am having food at restaurants or food chains. I talk because I might dislike eating what I am having at the time, maybe. Recently I am able to finish the food at home because I only have what I can eat. Which is less for a healthy 29 yr old man. I look lean because of this.
I don't know what to do. I am in complete shambles. I am asking for your help reddit. Please help me understand what is happening to me. I hope to improve my dieting habits and hopefully start my journey to gain weight. I thank you from my bottom of my heart.
