Is it still possible to build a structure focused on bulwark construction? If so, what would it look like?

Has anyone managed to create a build focused on the consecration skill?

I wanted to know which would be the best option and how to ensure there are enough resources.

I know the game is focused on maximizing damage, but I wanted to know what the most resilient paladin build would be and how I could build it. Currently I'm using the Thorns build and I was also thinking about the Aura build because of the healing.
