If i upload a 9:16 then format the box all my 9:16 have black bars above and below. Anyone else seeing this, first thought ad manager was glitched but im thinking its actually delivering like this

Lets say your starting a new account focused on sales. Users enters the funnel they fill out a quiz> can add to cart> checkout.. Makes the most sense but cpms are spiking $100+ lowest $70... Even Link ctr is avg 4-7%
If you move this event to focus on say lead, initiaite checkout, or even add to cart, are the buyers really that less likely to buy? Seems fb is all over the place anyway thats why i ask. I also would like to test some ads that dont typically cost me around $50 bucks for sometimes less then 200 impressions? lol
Ill make this as short as possible. I mostly run lead gen on fb. While traffic has been trash its still not as bad as i assume some purchase objective can be.. With that said on a lead gen form sometimes as much as 5-10 question from click to lead qualified or not takes about 3-5 mins...
Ive moved into some GLP-1 campaigns. Now the quiz a user takes has a good amount of questions not even counting the PPI (Personal Information) Just the questions to see if the person is a fit... Im legit seeing people click the ad and within 1 min the conversion fires for START QUIZ>FINISH QUIZ> ADD TO CART..
All within the same minute lol. Now unless fb is just sending me repeat users who have started this quiz which is possible its almost like meta is sending me bots that travel all the way through and add to cart. I know it sounds nutty i feel crazy even asking this lol. But has anyone seen this. Most people i just cant imagine can fill out a form from click to check out all in the same minute. Mind you when i see this its never an actual sale.
Right now fb manager keeps crashing, and the ad manger when trying to create a campaign is all out of whack for example the adset level page is completely broken showing strange buttons all over in the background it just says publish i would attach a screenshot but for reason reddit is not letting me, anyone else see this tho?
Just looking for some quick feedback. Most the ads are between 4-7% Link click ctr. Issue im seeing is my cpms sit around $150-$200, They do drop down here and there but never really below $80-$90.00 which is still really high.
The higher the Link click ctr is the higher the CPMs, but seems limited to purchase event. On a lead gen campaign, the higher the link click ctr the CPM are never more than $30.00
Hardly have seen a time those drop unless I swap to images, but obvi with images the cpcs can be trash depending on vertical.
In the case Im referring to at the moment is a glp-1 vertical with videos.. Are shorter videos actually bringing in lower cpms? Mind you videos are still under a minute, roughly 30-40seconds...
Any input is greatly appreciated.
