What is going on?

Me (21 f ) and my husband (23 m ) want to have a baby soon . I was diagnosed with pcos last year . I had my daughter 4 years ago in high school and immediately went on Depo and gained weight like stupid fast . I was 115 pounds 3 weeks postpartum and before being diagnosed I was 200 pounds . My periods would disappear for months , I was always tired , weight gain , getting really hair on stomach and arms . Classic signs so the doctor did labs and said " you need birth control to manage pcos " so I politely declined and wanted to do it holistically . I moved and went to a different Dr and they gave me GLP1 and metformin . I started both at the beginning of April. I cut out sugar , starches , caffeine , and overly processed calorie dense food . I was 197 on April 1st and I am currently 171 on May 13th . I started doing yoga in the morning and walking before bedtime while taking prenatals , myo inositol , fish oil , and more . I dont want to get pregnant until I lose the weight so after my glp1 runs its course . I recently got my period back this month and it was heavy af !!!! Does anyone know if I could be gaining my fertility back ?

Hiiii , idk how long this about to be so bear with me 😅 I 21 F have a 4 year old daughter with my then boyfriend. I was never successful getting pregnant . So I got diagnosed with PCOS in 2025 after I noticed my period skips for like 8 months at a time and I was gaining weight like crazy and was always tired af . I married my now husband 23 M in December. I wanted to plan ahead for a pregnancy so I wanted to lose weight first and get my cycles regular for at least a year. I tried every diet and spent most of the time walking or going to the gym I was just always hungry . So my Dr recommended Tirzapetide as a tool. I started it at the end of March at 194 lbs . I adapted a anti inflammatory diet and cut sugar , processed foods , and starch completely. I added 8,000 steps a day . I currently weigh 175 on April 27th. I feel energized and focused , my hair isn't falling out as much and metformin is easier handle if I take it at dinner and fast after 8 pm . What im questioning is the out of nowhere positive ovulation test on April 23rd - i got curious the day after unprotected sex . I dont think im pregnant but could this be a good sign that im gaining my fertility back ? I take inositol , vitamin d , metformin , prenatals , and fish oil . No one else in my family has pcos so I have no one to ask . Thoughts ?
