Is he good or no? And if so, with what team

I’ve missed out on far too many MP gears and characters, I refuse to miss out on Deadshot. So what are the best MP teams to make? My current ones are Lucy bane, Prime batgirl and silver flash, the blackest night team that I can make, the Arkham team with Batman, killer croc, and Harley, Arkham deathstroke with silver flash and prime Batman, Jessica Cruz with N52 green lantern and red son green lantern, and that’s basically it. Gear usually changes, but it’s generally Lexcorp chest armor on my main damage dealer, the helmet if they have the slots, and some gear stays no matter what; EX being the suicide squad gear on my SS deadshot and promethium sword on AO deathstroke

I will grind credits and will equip this on Lucy immediately cause I’m assuming that’s the smart thing to do

The color scheme is especially great in my eyes
