Would this cause any issues I haven’t thought of? Would hiring photographers etc be more expensive? Help please!

Would anyone mind helping with this? Saving for first home and I have 3k in a help to buy ISA. Honestly I was completely unaware of the lifetime isa. Is a lifetime isa better? If so am I able to transfer my help to buy funds into it straight away or is it a monthly deposit limit? I have been putting 200 a month into my help to buy. Thanks for any help!
