So an update. No it was definitely not hydro locked. After three days of atf in the cylinders, it was still locked tight as a drum. This morning, I vac pumped the atf out, and made a 50/50 atf acetone mixture. Put about a 1/4 qt in each cylinder. This afternoon I was able to get it to break loose. I still can't get 360° rotation, but I'm hopeful a few more days soaking with the cosmic sauce it will come around. I know the risk of the acetone eating seals, but it's screw it. Free bike.
