I bought my galaxy book 4 pro 360 about three years ago when It came out newly. I didn't use it much, and even didn't touch it for almost 10 months. Now I'm back to daily use for school, and for a couple of months now I have been getting frustrated with just how laggy it has become.
I'm not talking about two second delays. I mean it takes 20 seconds to unlock, cursor is incredibly sluggish, using a browser is a pain, opening apps takes forever. And worst of it all is the terrible battery life. I get maybe 2.5 to three hours of use out of it. I only use dark mode because light hurts my eyes, brightness is always set to low. I've fiddled with the display settings and I won't compromise functionality for an extra 10 minutes of use. I am so irritated. I've been looking to purchase another laptop, and I just might leave Samsung.
The trade in for the book 6 ultra is laughable. I member trying to buy the book 5 pro 360 and trading in my then brand new book 4 pro 360 and being offered next to nothing. Now it's even worse. It sucks because I use Samsung everything but the quality just keeps going down. And the devices are NOT cheap in the slightest.
Any advice on what to do with this useless machine? Is the book 6 worth it? I would like a 360 laptop but I can compromise if the laptop blows every other category out of the water.
