I'm currently doing my best to ignore repeated hoovering attempts. ​I'm doing quite well, but I was just reflecting on it and amused myself by noting that the need for constant vigilance in the face of successive attempts is reminiscent of the message the IRA had for Margaret Thatcher following a failed assassination attempt: "Today we were unlucky, but remember we only have to be lucky once—you will have to be lucky always".
