Did cheap filament ruin my son's new printer?
It got so bunged up and backed up, there's filament in everything. Is there a best way to clean it out? We are using a heat gun and pliers/tweezers.
We're new and now know not to buy off-brand filament. In the meanwhile, are there tips for dealing with this?
