I’m applying for a Schengen visa again. My plan is 5 days in France and 5 days in Netherlands, but I had a refusal from Netherlands in 2024. After that, I got a Belgium visa and used it properly.

Now I’m confused should I apply through France to aor still go with Netherlands? ( I know all share same system) Also, which one do you think gives better chances for a longer validity visa
