For years I had an entry-level Nutribullet and it worked as expected. I just bought a new 900 Pro and it makes a *very* loud sound most of the time when I press down, and then becomes normal once the cup is twisted and locked in. It sounds bad, and I just called tech support only to be told it appears to be normal operation to them (though it took them awhile and they just said "we can't find anything in our records describing this problem, so it's normal.")

Does it do this for you? It almost sounds like bad mechanical grinding. But if it's normal, I'll chillax :). Thanks!
