I recently replaced my 7-year-old Spotlight Cams (battery version) with the Spotlight Cam Pros (battery version) while they were on sale on Amazon; however, I'm having issues with them. I've purchased three of them, and they all seem to have the same problems.

These newer Spotlight Cam Pros have worse motion detection than my older ones. I'm seeing a lot of motion in the preroll that isn't triggering motion alerts, which my older cam would catch easily. Events that trigger motion alerts also seem to be less sensitive, and the range has been cut in half. My wife has a smaller white dog that can walk onto the back porch and into the lawn that won't trigger a motion event with the new cams. I've copied the settings from my old cams to the new cams (as best I could, as the newer ones don't have some of the same settings).

The other issue I'm having with all three cams is that the better the connection to the internet, the worse the video quality is, which seems completely backward. When the cams are between RSSI 59-68, the image is crisp and clear. When the RSSI is between 43-58, it's more pixelated and the video stutters/lags.

I've talked to Ring customer support, and they have been pretty much useless in helping resolve the issues. I'm hoping someone can offer some insight or settings that I may have missed to help me resolve the issues I'm having.
