I started playing stw at the beginning of last year and haven't played since. I'm only just now getting back into it and I am thinking of playing as a outlander. I found that you can hire heroes in the collection for training manuals but also see that you get training manuals from retiring heroes. Is it viable to retire heroes to play the outlanders? I also want to ask if having a loadout for each hero type is something good to worry about as starting out.
