If my father is still alive, but I choose to list my uncle as my financial sponsor for a visa application, will the embassy question why I didn’t choose my father instead?

Is there any official source or real experience that talks specifically about this situation?

What do you think about immigration to Italy through studying? Is it really worth the effort and investment?

Let’s say someone is a fresh graduate in their home country, finished a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, with no work experience in companies, and then goes to Italy to study a master’s degree.

Should this person realistically expect to find a job after graduation and be able to settle in Italy or the EU easily? Or is the situation actually much harder than that in this case?

From your experience or what you’ve seen, is Italy a realistic path for immigration through studies, or is it a high-risk option where success depends heavily on gaining experience during the study period and strong personal effort?

I’d like honest opinions, not just optimistic answers.

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have experience with requesting a late arrival at Università Politecnica delle Marche or with Italian universities in general?

Because of some circumstances, I might not be able to arrive until November or early December after the semester starts. I wanted to ask:

  • Is this usually possible if the university approves it?
  • Is it considered normal in some cases, or is it generally very difficult?
  • Has anyone here gone through something similar before?

I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has personal experience with this.

Thanks in advance.
