Just curious

I’ve been really consistent during my pregnancy with weight lifting & steps at least 8000 a day minimal with work. Monitor nutrition without being a crazy person with a scale or anything nuts. Mostly to hit protein.

Wondering if anyone that was able to stay consistent felt like the recovery well & saw results relatively soon into postpartum.

Just looking to hear other experiences.

Just curious how much weight everyone gained during their pregnancy. & how easily it was to lose?

I’m still working out 3x a week strength training. I work an active job and get usually 8,000 steps a day in days that I’m not trying to get steps in.

I’m 26. I started anywhere from 113-117 with normal monthly fluctuations. I’m currently 28 weeks weighing 143 at a mid day appointment.
