I’m moving to Class 10 and want to leave my JNV (hostel school) because I have a history of anaphylaxis, so staying in a hostel is risky. My parents want me under supervision.

A new school is ready to admit me, but JNV is not approving my TC.

Can they refuse TC on medical grounds?

Will CBSE cause issues if I transfer now?

What should I do next?
