I have started to split my time between Florida and Georgia because my significant other lives in Florida. Because he has a home there, I don’t have any bills in my name and that is where I live when I’m in Florida. Has anyone else been in a similar situation and gotten in-state AP? I would love to be able to save the money and go more often but don’t want to do anything that would constitute rule breaking/bending.
