Got a fight in 23 days and I’m trying to dial everything in properly.

I’ve trained for a while but I’ve never really followed a structured “fight camp” — I usually just train hard and hope for the best.

Right now I’m doing:

- Pad work

- Heavy bag

- Sparring (not super consistent)

- Some conditioning

I feel like I’m missing a clear plan though.

If you had 3 weeks:

- How would you balance technique, sparring, and conditioning?

- How intense should sparring be this close to a fight?

- What would your last week look like?

Any help from experienced fighters/coaches would mean a lot.

I’ve got a Muay Thai fight coming up in 23 days and I want to make sure I’m training smart, not just hard.

I already train regularly (pads, bag work, sparring), but I don’t have a clear fight camp structure and I feel like I’m just guessing right now.

Main things I’m unsure about:

- How often should I spar (hard vs technical)?

- How much should I focus on conditioning vs technique?

- Should I reduce intensity in the last week?

Also, anything specific I should emphasize for Muay Thai (clinching, knees, etc.) this close to a fight?

Would really appreciate advice from fighters who’ve been through this

I’ve got a fight coming up in 23 days and I’m trying to structure my training properly instead of just going all-out randomly.

Background: I’ve been training for a while, decent conditioning, but I feel like I’m not using my time efficiently right now. I want to peak at the right time, not burn out.

What I’m currently doing:

- Bag work + pads

- Some sparring

- Basic roadwork

But it feels unstructured.

What would you prioritize if you had just 23 days?

- How many hard sparring sessions per week?

- How should I split skill work vs conditioning?

- Should I taper in the last week?

Woulda really appreciate advice from people who’ve actually fought.
