I’m a paid advertiser with around 10 years experience in what has mostly been e-commerce and travel clients (both agency and in-house).

I’ve just got a job in a Saas business selling web hosting services directly to customers as well as enterprise businesses.

I’m hoping any experts in this industry can give me a few tips and recommendations - are there any major differences in strategy and approach that I need to be aware of going in? I obviously did my studying to land the job, but would love to hear from the community.

Also, if there’s any good quality training out there then that would be great to know about - the job market at the moment is incredibly bleak so I want to hit the ground running as soon as I’m in the door.
