How do you know if your location is a good area to start a cleaning business? Like it has high demand and you have the abilities to disrupt the companies already up and running?

Hey guys, I'm a young guy and I stumbled upon the cleaning business not long ago, I decided I want to try the remote cleaning business since I don't have much time to actually clean the houses myself, but I understand this takes more capital up front. Just wondering do y'all think 500 is enough to get things started with no problems? I plan to kind of take the word of mouth and organic approach before I start going heavy on the ads. Any help is appreciated and thank you!

I am 18 right now and I'm looking to build a solid portfolio over a long term. I plan mostly to base it on ETFs which I have VTI and VXUS currently, and maybe some individuals for an aggressive approach if I sense an opportunity. Should there be other ETFs I add? I'm super new to this and have little knowledge so help is much appreciated!
