Hi, I need some advice about something that happened at work. I work at the reception desk of a pilates studio, and one of my coworkers is often late for her shift. When she's late, I have to do everything myself for a while, and it's a bit stressful. I don't want to cause a scene or seem like I'm complaining, but I also feel like it's not fair. I don't know if I should talk to her first or tell my boss. What do you think I should do?
