So I bought the shanghai exclusive SP from Aliexpress and it arrived with a damaged box and scratches on the hair. I asked the seller for a partial refund since I wanted to keep her, but the response was that‘s an official defects from the factory that ‘are accepted in China.’ But from what I see, the damage is not made during production but rather from the box touching and scratching the hair. The seller is not negotiating for a partial refund and just telling me to fully refund it so they can sell it for a higher price (I bought it for AUD216 and now it’s AUD312). I won’t refund it and just repaint the damage, but I just wanted to hear others opinion. Regardless, she is absolutely stunning and don’t regret getting her at a premium pricing since it seems like she’s getting more and more expensive
