A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is being prepared before the Supreme Court of India against Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) over the widespread failure of the CBSE re-evaluation portal and lack of transparency.

For days, students across the country have been unable to properly access the re-evaluation process due to:

1. broken payment gateways

2. failed submissions

3. login/session errors

4. inaccessible marksheets and documents

5. REPEATED crashes and technical failures

Despite thousands of complaints, the re-evaluation window continues closing while students are left stuck refreshing pages, retrying payments, and losing valuable preparation time for other major entrance exams and admission processes.

This issue affects lakhs of students whose:

college admissions

eligibility criteria

improvement exam decisions

academic futures

depend on timely access to re-evaluation.

The PIL will seek directions regarding:

1. Immediate extension of the re-evaluation deadline

2. Restoration of a properly functioning portal

3. Alternative mechanisms for submission/payment

4. Transparency and accountability regarding the technical failures

5. Protection of students from academic loss caused by administrative negligence

We are currently collecting:

1. screenshots/videos of errors

2. timestamps

3. failed payment records

4. student testimonies and support on the matter

5. proof of inaccessible applications/documents

If you or someone you know has been affected, preserve all evidence and share your experience. A national-level academic process cannot be allowed to fail students like this without ACCOUNTABILITY.

NOTE: A Supreme Court advocate has already been notified to handle the matter, and all legal expenses will be borne by us.

They can also decrease marks by saying answer isn’t according to the marking scheme which they’ll definitely do because if they won’t then this will obviously prove them and wrong. And second and most important thing is rechecking is also going to be done by the osm only so guys please understand that this is not victory. Even we should not stop right now. Please guys. I request you everyone and all that please don’t stop now. The only goal and victory is that the CBSE do manual checking of our sheets so that we end upcoming generations are juniors will not have to face this OSM scamming system. And the real thing isn’t stop here the real game begins now they reduced like literally 90% of their fees, not 90 approximately 80 or something so that a huge amount of students will apply for revaluation which is also a win-win situation for them because they will still collect a very huge revenue by this also so I have like literally cracked each and every policy of them and I have like listen the whole interview of them of 1.5 hours or something and like they are still very much clever than us and like we should not stop right now because the topic is now trending and this is the time we can still make change. So guys, please don’t fight with each other. Share this news as much as you can to your each and every friend and family member and just remember one thing that is united we stand divided we fall. As you guys already know that protest were supposed to be held today at India Gate

There was a gathering of 60 people at India Gate today but , due to the area being a sensitive area and prior information to Delhi police . They were arrested see here in video and in this video. One more new video has been posted here on reddit this

They faced charges of

• public obstruction
• protest without permission

Good news is that these are very minor charges and so they will be left by the police soon

Tomorrow is a very good time for protesting as JEE and CUET students will be also free

As a 12thie I can't join my seniors protest but best of luck to them and people who can join , please help them . EXAMS DO DECIDE OUR FUTURE INDIRECTLY.

• First Police arrested peaceful protesters who were gathering there to protest against the CBSE so that the CBSE should change their rules and do the rechecking and revaluation for free and shut down this scamming OSM system. Now, the second thing is that the people gather there didn’t even started the protestant before even starting the protest, the police detained them and took them into the bus and now we have to unite them and protest at the Jantar Mantar because that is the official place for the protest. Which means the police cannot arrest us and there is a lot of huge media also which will cover the real issue so that the CBSE will at least take some action and second thing is that don’t forget to tweet on the Twitter because that is the only place where we can create a huge impact and make this thing trending among all the apps among all the teachers and everywhere let’s gather together and unite together and do not let the system take advantage of our money and spoil our future and please do not mind my English, thank you. 🙏
