Looking for 10 people who want proper gym accountability

Hi all,

I’m putting together a small gym accountability group for people who actually want to show up.

The idea is simple:

You choose the days you want to commit to the gym, for example:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • 4 days a week
  • 5 days a week
  • 7 days a week

Whatever you choose, that’s your commitment.

On those days, you have the whole day to post a live photo or video proof from the gym. Nothing complicated. Just proof that you actually turned up.

The point is to build a small group where we can hold each other accountable, see who is meant to be going on which days, and push each other when motivation drops.

No fake motivation.
No pretending.
Just: if you say you’re going, you prove you went.

I’m looking for the first 10 people to test this with.

If you’re serious about getting consistent in the gym and want to be part of it, comment below or message me.

Hey r/SideProject,

Non-technical founder here. I spent the last 6 months building RAWPROOF with Claude Code after running real-world WhatsApp accountability groups for years.

The mechanic: you join a challenge (gym, steps, push-ups, ice baths, whatever). You have to post live video/photo proof through the app's camera every day that you've committed to. No gallery uploads, no pre-recorded clips. Miss your day, you get publicly removed.

It came from my own problem with consistency. I know how to train — that's not the hard part. The hard part is turning up. Getting through the door. Doing the same boring thing on day 14 when you're tired and nothing's changed yet. I was getting lazy and I needed something that made me show up whether I felt like it or not.

So I started running WhatsApp accountability groups. Simple rule — post proof or you're out. No drama, no excuses. And it worked, because the alternative was being visibly removed in front of everyone in the group. I built RAWPROOF because that mechanic shouldn't have to live in a WhatsApp group I manually moderate. Consistency is the thing nobody talks about because it's not sexy, but it's the only thing that actually changes anything.

The thing I keep noticing: my mum, who couldn't get herself out the door for a walk, joined a 5K-steps challenge with family. Her steps are linked so she can't fake it. She's done 14 days straight. The mechanic isn't "be hardcore." It's "the group's watching, so I show up."

App is live on iOS and Android. First 100 people who want to test get founding member status (6 Months free). Drop a comment or DM if you want in — I'll send the link. Also genuinely happy to just hear what you think of the mechanic without you signing up.

Thanks for reading.
