People at my dad’s work are being mean to him. It’s actually really upsetting, and he has worked there for a very long time. I want to protect him and make his work life peaceful. I also want the people he works with to feel guilty and be nicer to him. I know I probably won’t have an easy time achieving this with one spell, but I wanted to see if anyone had any advice on the situation. How have you guys dealt with work bullies (including bosses)? I like unhinged ways and roundabout ways as well. 🙏🏻
