Hi everyone, I’m wondering if there is anyone out there that is or did do a workout for their mommy pouch and also thighs and got fast results??. Im not sure if this is the right place to ask but imma try. I was 130 pre pregnancy, 5ft’2, and now 150 hoping to go back down to that again. I’m 12 weeks postpartum and I think I’ve healed enough to get back into regular exercise. I have a small gym at my apartment building but only consists of a treadmill and some weights with yoga mats so I want to work with what I got. I do have a waist trainer also but I can’t wear it all day because my LO doesn’t like the way it feels when I hold him. I’m not a gym rat or know much about working out. I used to just use leg machines, treadmill, and stair master at other gyms pre pregnancy which kept me in shape but it wasn’t a routine or anything.
Reason I say for fast results is because my husband admitted he found a girl in one of classes attractive and of course it was a skinny girl with a big butt and it completely wrecked my confidence. At least what was left of it. Also because summer is coming faster than I thought and I’ve been really insecure about my weight, stretch marks on my tummy, and now my hair since it’s falling out lol. I wanna at least start feeling good post workouts but not sure where to start.
Also if there is a diet plan that goes with it I would be open to hearing all suggestions!
