We have been on a rapid growth for almost a year and are doing way more in sales and orders than last year, but we are pulling in better metrics than last year. Our wait time is consistently under 4 minutes. Scan stage never below 95. Ftp we are still working on but i have made my store mgr understand that the store owns that metric and it is up to them how we do on it. We are a very busy supercenter as we are the only one in our area and have all the neighboring towns ordering/shopping with us. If anyone needs advice ask some questions! Ill include a pic of our drops from today the 1st🫠 we kept 100 otp too 😌
