Why does the "notification" look like this when im uploading clips?

The one on the left is the way it looks for me, the way on the right is how i'd like it to be as it shows me what clips are done

Internet keeps cutting off frequently.

Recently (over the past 1-2 weeks), my internet keeps cutting off then comes back on its own automatically.

I had gotten a new router/modem, yet the issue still persists.

I have also noticed that everytime it disconnects and reconnects, it has a new IP Address, which made me think it could be DHCP related (though I am not tech savvy, simply going off of what I've been seeing on the internet.)

Please help.
