Day 1 after my deep plane neck lift and I’m already obsessed. Definitely have some stiffness and general tenderness, but overall feeling pretty good! I know it’ll start swelling over the next few days, but I’m so happy with my decision. I’ll try to add some updates!

First shower was today, I iced a bit and I went on a short walk. Numbness around my ears and under my chin, but otherwise just kind of feels like whiplash up the front of my neck. No real, intense pain.
