Hoping someone can answer this.

Can you connect to Chennai airport WiFi without an Indian number? Last time I was there (about 4 years ago), it needed an OTP tied to an Indian SIM. I literally had to ask a random guy for hotspot just to coordinate pickup with a family member.

This time I’m landing around 3am and planning to just grab an Uber — but not sure if the WiFi situation has improved or if it’s still the same OTP setup.

Also, how easy is it to get to the cab/taxi pickup area from international arrivals? Pretty straightforward or a bit of a walk/confusing at that hour?
