I have no idea how I got this, does it drop from main quests?

Checked my inventory after completing one of the quests for the wayward on a new character and just saw this in my inventory. Think it may have come from the quest but I'm not sure. Either way, INSANELY stoked right now!

Think they accidentally added this to the shop then replaced it with the clean black suit, anybody else manage to grab before it was removed? Or am I mistaken?
