officially had enough of YouTube’s 'support' disaster. My personal channel u/omerithic was hijacked 3 days ago. The hacker used my identity to mass-post spam/scam comments.

YouTube was fast enough to ban me for the hacker's actions, but they are incredibly slow to help me.

The Facts:

• Twitter (@TeamYouTube): I provided my contact email 72 hours ago as requested. Zero response since then.
• Help Forum: My thread is being ignored by Product Experts.
• My Account: I have thousands of hours in games like Rust and years of personal history tied to this Google identity.

I am a victim of a hijack being punished by 3 days of professional negligence. How long does it take a multi-billion dollar company to send a simple hijacking form link?

Hi everyone,

I’m a high school student from Istanbul and my personal YouTube channel u/omerithic was hijacked 3 days ago. The hacker immediately started posting scam content, which led to my channel being suspended for 'spam'.

I did exactly what I was supposed to do:

1. I reached out to u/TeamYouTube on Twitter.
2. They asked for a contact email to send the hijacking investigation form.
3. I provided it (Omeraagr18@gmail.com) 72 hours ago.
