Hi im 22F and he is 24M. We have worked together for about 6 months now but it seems like he might be interested in me. He gives me compliments, notices changes in my appearance, sends me funny videos outside of work, calls outside of work, asks about my dating life, but he also tells me that he wouldn't be ready for a relationship (in general not between us). We have also discussed serious things like politics, religion, asks for my opinion on how he looks, and sex but it's always pretty general. He often says that I deserve a guy who treats me right, isn't lustful, and sometimes he will describe someone like him but he never directly says anything about himself with me. He will also bring up other girls that like him but when I tell him to make a move with them he will just say he isn't that interested or something like that. He just sends mixed signals that seem like he might be beating around the bush but sometimes he will say things like"id consider you my friend", "from friend to friend" or other times sweet things like "its crazy how we happened to meet working together" that make me confused.
