Anyone else use AR glasses for reading eBooks?

Lately I’ve been using my RayNeo Air 4 Pro to read ebooks and longer articles from my phone before going to sleep, and I noticed the display settings actually make a pretty big difference for reading comfort.

At first I just left everything on the default settings, but recently I switched the glasses to 120Hz and maxed out the resolution. Ever since then, text feels noticeably cleaner and more stable to look at. It’s kinda hard to describe, but smaller fonts are easier on my eyes and scrolling feels smoother too.

I didn’t really notice the difference right away, but after reading for around 30 minutes, my eyes definitely feel less strained compared to before. Makes me think the higher refresh rate actually helps more than I expected when staring at text for a long time.

Anyone else notice something similar when reading or browsing on AR glasses? Or maybe I’m just paying too much attention to the refresh rate lol.😁
