A company recently came and fixed the printer because it was broken. Since then the stripes have appeared as well as the excessive dried up ink deposits. I emailed them but they say it is normal and that I should clean before and after EVERY PRINT. This issue didn’t happen before. The cutting issue they say it’s a dull blade. But the cut depth is also not correct anymore. The first print I set to print and cut with rasterlink 7 but it just doesn’t touch the foil. Any ideas?
